Garlin Sproule

Garlin Sproule is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and product management. Currently serving as Sub-System Engineering Manager at Haas Automation, Inc. since August 2016, Garlin has been involved in new product development, CAD design using SolidWorks, and the assembly of preproduction prototypes, among other responsibilities. Previous roles include Manufacturing Lead for Cal Poly Pomona Formula SAE, where Garlin developed CNC programs and managed budgets, and Machine Design & Product Manager at Astro Packaging, overseeing machine design from concept to finished product. Garlin holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical System Design from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, complemented by earlier studies at Fullerton College and Esperanza High School.
