Caleb Smith

Caleb Smith currently serves as a Partner Manager for MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Caleb worked at The Elevation Group from 2019 to 2023, progressing from Account Coordinator for M&M's Racing to Account Executive in Motorsports, where responsibilities included supporting client NASCAR hospitality and coordinating special event programs. Prior experience includes roles as Sports Coordinator at YMCA of Greater Charlotte, Property Staff Intern at Young Life, and Football Recruiting & Player Personnel Intern at Appalachian State University, where assistance was provided to the Director of Player Personnel. Additionally, an internship with the Charlotte Hornets involved support for Basketball Operations and the Executive Office. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Appalachian State University, completed in 2017.
