Damien Brayshaw currently serves as the Head of Vehicle Performance and Principal Vehicle Performance Engineer at Haas F1 Team, a position held since May 2019. Prior to this role, Damien held various engineering positions at Ferrari F1 Team from February 2013 to April 2019, including Race Engineering Factory Side Technical Leader and Aerodynamics Performance Engineer. Damien's earlier experience includes a tenure at Red Bull Racing F1 Team from June 2006 to January 2013 as Team Leader - Simulation and Modelling, along with roles as Senior Simulation Engineer and Vehicle Dynamics Engineer. Additionally, Damien worked as a Design Analyst at Xtrac Ltd from January 2005 to June 2006 and as a Research Engineer at Fonterra from 1999 to September 2001. Damien holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in MotorSport Engineering from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Environmental Engineering from Massey University.
