Federico Sala

Federico Sala is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in motorsport and automotive design. Currently serving as the Design Office Manager at MoneyGram Haas F1 Team since July 2024, Federico previously held prominent positions at Hyundai Motorsport GmbH as Engineering Design Manager and Design Office Leader from January 2022 to July 2024. Prior to that, Federico was the Deputy Team Leader for Chassis Design at KTM AG from December 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included project feasibility assessment and deadline management. Federico's expertise also extends to senior design engineering roles, including Research Development Team Lead at NOVAROSSI WORLD S.R.L. and Design Engineer at Piaggio Group, with a strong focus on innovative design and performance analysis in motorsports. Federico holds a degree from Politecnico di Milano.
