Luca Canistro is an experienced Application Engineering Manager at Habasit since July 2011, where responsibilities include coordinating and supervising team members, assigning projects, and balancing workloads. Luca also established an internal talent academy for professionals transitioning into new roles within the organization. Prior to this, Luca held the position of Application Engineer at Habasit, providing technical support for sales and direct clients and conducting feasibility studies with various production departments. Earlier experience includes working as a Thermal Engineer at CGS S.p.A., where responsibilities encompassed thermal control of the ESEO satellite and testing for the TECLA research project. Luca holds a Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Spaziale from Politecnico di Milano.
