Michelle Marshall is an experienced customer care professional with a comprehensive background in customer service management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Care at Habasit since July 2021, Michelle previously held the position of Senior Customer Service Manager at Metabo HPT from November 2020 to July 2021. Michelle's extensive experience includes a lengthy tenure at Systemax, where the roles of Director of Customer Experience and Senior Customer Service Manager were held from November 1991 to August 2020. Michelle is an alumna of Francis Marion University.
