Rupert McNeil

Rupert McNeil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at KPMG Saudi Arabia, Rupert also chairs and directs Raven Limited, a major stakeholder in Lincoln Storm Limited, a leading Li-Ion battery materials recycler. As an Independent Member of the People Committee at the University of Oxford and Trustee and Chair of the People Committee for Haberdashers' Academies Trust South, Rupert is involved in critical personnel and educational matters. Previously, Rupert held positions as Executive Chairman of Lincoln Storm Group Limited, Founding Partner and Chair of 3XO, and Government Chief People Officer for the UK Civil Service, where responsibilities encompassed workforce strategy for approximately 420,000 staff. Rupert's educational background includes advanced studies in Human Resources Management and an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, complemented by a degree in Politics & Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
