Sara Allison

Sara Allison currently serves as the Director of People at Haberdashers' Academies Trust South, overseeing the People function and implementing the Trust's People strategy since September 2023. Previously, Sara held various roles at Oasis Community Learning from November 2019 to September 2023, including Interim Head of People Services and Lead HR Business Partner, managing HR services for 52 Academies nationwide. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Judicium Consulting, Employment Solicitor roles at asb law and Blake Lapthorn solicitors, and Business Development Co-ordinator at SOFREGAZ SAS. Sara holds a BA Joint Hons in Modern Languages & European Studies from the University of Bath, LPC in Legal Practice from Bournemouth University, and completed Common Professional Exams at the University of Staffordshire.
