Carmen Schwab

Carmen Schwab has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carmen is currently working as a Consultant at Haberfeld since 2021. Prior to this, Carmen owned their consulting business, Carmen Schwab Consulting, from 2019 to 2021. Carmen also worked as a Course Facilitator at TTI Success Insights from 2015 onwards. Carmen owned and operated Water Cooler "Talk," a speaking and training company focused on improving the customer experience, from 2011 to 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Key Account Specialist at Eakes Office Plus from 2003 to 2013, developing procurement programs and building customer relationships. Carmen's previous roles also include being an Adjunct Faculty at Southeast Community College from 2013 to 2014 and a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Coach, and Trainer at John Maxwell Team from 2016 onwards, where they educated and inspired leaders to raise their leadership lid using John Maxwell's principles.

Carmen Schwab obtained an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Central Community College in Hastings, NE from 1990 to 1992.
