Stephanie Kubert has over 19 years of experience working as a Senior Executive Consultant at Haberfeld Associates. Prior to that, they worked at HSBC for 18 years, where they held various roles including Team Leader in Training and Development. In this role, they managed a team of eight training professionals and was responsible for new hire training. Stephanie also had project management positions during their time at HSBC.
Stephanie Kubert obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Resource Development from Medaille University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they pursued Music Performance at Eastman School of Music from 1975 to 1976.
