Jim Arneson is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Community First Bank and HFG Trust since June 2021, Jim previously held the position of President at Community First Bank from February 2017 to June 2021. Prior to these roles, Jim fulfilled responsibilities as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at NAI Tri-Cities, Principal at Viewport Pacific, and held senior leadership positions, including President and CEO at both Venture Bank and Redmond National Bank. Jim's career in finance began as an Auditor at Knight, Vale & Gregory, CPAs. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Washington State University - College of Business and Economics.
