Kirsten Wagener has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kirsten started their career as a Brand Ambassador at ASPIRE Beverage Company in 2015 and then moved on to work as an Office Assistant at the University of St. Thomas. In 2016, they worked as a Social Media Manager at Get Bizzy Inc. and also as a Marketing Intern at FOOD BUILDING. Kirsten continued their social media management role at KIND in 2015.

In 2017, Kirsten joined Lolë - Coalision as a Marketing and Sales Intern before being promoted to the position of Social Media Manager. Kirsten then transitioned to ICF Olson in 2018, where they initially worked as an Associate Media Strategist before becoming a Connections Strategy Intern. In the same year, they also started working as a Media Strategist at ICF Next, where they stayed until 2021.

Most recently, Kirsten has been employed at Haberman as a Media Planner + Buyer. Kirsten started in April 2021 and was later promoted to the role of Senior Media Planner + Buyer in September 2022.

Kirsten Wagener completed their education at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 2014 to 2018. Kirsten earned a BA degree in Marketing Management and minored in Public Health Studies. Prior to that, they attended Waconia High School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a diploma. In addition, Kirsten has pursued various certifications to enhance their skills. Kirsten obtained certifications such as Google Ads (AdWords) Essential Training and Learning Google Tag Manager from LinkedIn in January 2020. In December 2019, they completed certifications in Data Visualization for Marketers and SEO Foundations also from LinkedIn. Moreover, in November 2020, they acquired a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy.
