Alejandra López Niño

Alejandra López Niño has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Alejandra is currently working as a Mid Product Designer at Habi since September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Docente de cátedra at the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca from April 2022 to September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Product Designer at Masiv from March 2022 to July 2022, where they were responsible for documentation for the Design System, analyzing user needs, and redesigning components.

From August 2016 to April 2022, they worked as a Digital and Multimedia Designer at Grupo INGCO - Ingenio Colombiano, leading innovation projects, researching client needs, and interpreting application content. Alejandra also worked as a Ponente - Taller at the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca in November 2021, teaching Lean methodology and creating practical activities.

In 2020, Alejandra had two freelance roles. Alejandra worked as a freelance designer for the Alcaldía de Anolaima, where they designed a logo for festivals and interpreted client needs. Alejandra also worked as a freelance designer for Ikabi S.A.S., creating a logo and identity manual aligned with the company's philosophy and values.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Digital and Multimedia Designer at Aplab, estudio de diseño + construcción in 2015, and as an Auxiliar finsemanera at ARTURO CALLE from 2014 to 2015, where they organized and served customers, maintained store spaces, and communicated effectively to provide a positive customer experience.

From 2021 to 2022, Alejandra attended Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and completed a specialized program in design management.

From 2011 to 2016, Alejandra studied at Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca and obtained a degree in digital and multimedia design with a focus on designing experiences.

In 2022, Alejandra pursued a professional certificate in Google UX Design through Coursera.

In 2021, Alejandra completed a course on digital product design with Lean and UX at Doméstika.

In 2018, Alejandra enrolled in a course on innovation fundamentals at Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.

In 2018, Alejandra also completed a professional course on After Effects through Platzi.

In 2017, Alejandra attended Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and obtained a degree as a draftsman and illustrator, specializing in illustration.

From 1999 to 2009, Alejandra attended Colegio Nuestra Señora del Rosario Bogotá and graduated as an academic bachelor with a specialization in mechatronics fundamentals.

Additionally, in August 2022, Alejandra obtained a certification in advanced Figma from Platzi.
