Camilo Hurtado García has a diverse work experience in the fields of service design, user experience (UX) research, and product management.

Starting in 2015, Camilo worked as a freelance logistics and design consultant for Flores Aurora, where they provided design and photography services while also implementing creative strategies for accelerated dynamics.

In 2016, Camilo joined Contract S.A as an advisor for projects, specifically in the Herman Miller sector. In this role, they executed furniture and architectural finish projects, including space planning and the design and development of special products for the construction and hospitality sectors.

Camilo then transitioned to working at Imaginamos in 2017, where they served as an analyst of digital strategy. Camilo participated in the implementation of a research laboratory focused on identifying and validating new business opportunities through strategy and research projects. Camilo also worked as a UX researcher, contributing to the transformation of traditional companies and the creation of startups.

In 2018, Camilo became a UX designer and researcher at Liftit, a leading technology platform for automated and optimized deliveries in Latin America. Camilo was responsible for designing and executing research projects to gather insights and create innovative logistics solutions.

Camilo joined KLYM (formerly known as Omni Latam) in 2019, initially as a UX researcher and later as a product owner. Camilo conducted research projects using quantitative and qualitative methods, applying design thinking and scientific approaches to create high-impact products and features. As a product owner, Camilo managed sprints and coordinated tasks for the Operations squad, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

In 2021, Camilo joined Tul as a UX specialist and user researcher, focusing on creating consistent user experiences for an e-commerce platform specializing in construction materials. Camilo built the UX strategy roadmap by aligning the business vision, user needs, and technology.

Currently, Camilo works at Habi, a proptech company that utilizes technology and data analysis to simplify and secure real estate processes. As a service designer, Camilo contributes to the evolution of the real estate ecosystem by providing simplicity, security, and efficiency in transactions.

Camilo Hurtado García pursued their education at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from 2010 to 2014. Camilo further expanded their knowledge and expertise by obtaining a Specialist degree in Design Management from the same university in the year 2015. In addition to their formal education, Camilo also acquired several certifications to enhance their skills. These certifications include "De cero a product manager" from Soy Startup Latam in November 2022, "Diseño de Servicios" from Platzi in March 2022, and the UX-PM certification levels 1, 2, and 3 from UXalliance in September 2021, November 2021, and December 2021 respectively.
