Marcos Tamaki

Marcos Tamaki has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years. From 2013 to present, they have been the Strategy and New Real Estate Developments Director at Habiarte Incorporação e Construção. In this role, they are responsible for corporate business plan and portfolio management, market monitoring, research and development of new products and markets, feasibility study and project management. From 1997 to 2006, they were a Partner at CTE where they specialized in real estate developments for Constructions Co., private equity funds and pension funds, over all markets: residential, commercial offices, malls and warehouses. In 2006, they were appointed Chief Executive Unit at CTE - Centro de Tecnologia de Edificações.

Marcos Tamaki has a well-rounded educational background. Marcos attended Colégio Bandeirantes from 1989 to 2001, where they earned their 2o degree in Ciências Exatas. From 1993 to 1997, they attended Escola Politécnica da USP, where they earned their 3o degree in Civil Engineering. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Fundação Vanzolini da USP and earned their Latu Sensus in Qualidade e produtividade. In 2003, they attended Ibmec and earned their MBA in General Management. Finally, from 2005 to 2010, they attended FEA USP, where they earned their 3o degree in Ciências Contábeis.
