Marek Gestinger

Marek Gestinger has extensive experience in finance and banking, currently serving in Credit Risk at Habib Bank AG Zurich since December 2019. Prior to this role, Marek was a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at InnoPark Suisse SA from September 2018 to December 2019. Marek held the position of Chief Credit Officer at Intrum Group for both Intrum Finance CH and Byjuno AG from 2013 to 2018. Previous roles include Senior Officer in Private Banking at a Private Office from 2011 to 2012 and Senior Vice-President in Private Banking at Coutts Switzerland from 2010 to 2011. Earlier in the career, Marek was Senior VP and Head of Corporate & Global Banking at HSBC from 1997 to 2008, and worked at Creditanstalt as Relationship Manager in Corporate & Global Banking from 1993 to 1997. Marek holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Technical University, obtained between 1987 and 1993.
