Sitwat Husain Gphr

Sitwat Husain, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a wealth of experience in human resources spanning over several companies and countries. Sitwat is currently the Group Head of Human Resources for Habib Bank AG Zurich, overseeing the HR operations across 10 countries. Prior to this, Sitwat served as the Head of HR at Descon Engineering, managing HR initiatives in Pakistan and the GCC region. Sitwat also held positions as the Director of HR for the ASEAN region at Bristol-Myers Squibb and as the SVP-Divisional Head of HR Relationship at United Bank Limited. Additionally, they have experience as the Head of HR and Training at Allianz EFU Health Insurance and as the Head of Training at Searle Pakistan Limited. Sitwat's extensive background in HR leadership demonstrates their expertise and versatility in managing HR functions in diverse settings.

Sitwat Husain, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, began their education in 1999 at Preston University, where they pursued an E-MBA in Marketing. Sitwat completed this degree in 2000. Following this, they enrolled at PIM (IBA) in 2001 to obtain another E-MBA, but this time in Human Resources. Sitwat successfully completed this degree in 2002. In addition to their educational background, Sitwat Husain obtained several certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) certification from HRCI. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
