Asif Iqbal is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in the banking industry of Pakistan, currently serving as the Sr. Unit Head of Talent & Resourcing at HABIBMETRO since 2022. Since joining Habib Metropolitan Bank in 2002, Asif Iqbal has held various roles, including Manager HR Operations & Benefits, where responsibilities include overseeing Total Rewards initiatives, and positions focused on talent acquisition, recruitment, training, and HR policy implementation. Asif Iqbal holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University and began a career as a DEO at Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited in 2000.
