Cristina Lopes

Cristina Lopes is currently the Head of Development at Habit. Prior to this, they were the Head of Development & Developer at muzzley from November 2015 to June 2018. In this role, they managed the development team (backend, web, mobile), oversaw technical operations and project management, and served as the lead architect and part of the iOS development team. Additionally, they were part of the Python micro-services development team and the front-end web development team. Before muzzley, Cristina was a co-founder and developer at BeeINSIGHT from September 2013 to November 2015. There, they strived to create great interactive environments for events and exhibitions, commercial spaces, museums, corporate buildings, auditoriums, road-shows, airports, hotels, and other public spaces. From January 2011 to September 2013, Cristina worked as a freelancer developer before taking on the role of Software Developer at YDreams from August 2009 to September 2013. Her career began as a Junior Java Developer at STEP TI from August 2007 to August 2009.

Cristina Lopes has a Master's degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.

Cristina Lopes reports to Domingos Bruges, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Paula Cunha - Executive Assistant, Maria Lemos - Sales Director, and Matheus Santos - Head of Platform. Some direct reports include Inês Raimundo - Product & Business Development Manager, Laoska Guadamuz - Backend Developer, and Tiago Gomes - Python Developer.
