Ryan Overfield is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in program management, operations, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Strategy & Data Analyst for Habitat for Humanity of Omaha since December 2021, Ryan previously held various leadership roles at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, including Director of Economic Empowerment and Director of the International Center of the Heartland, where responsibilities encompassed supporting New Americans in achieving employment and self-sufficiency. Prior experience at Chemonics International involved managing operations and finance for USAID-funded projects, significantly contributing to program implementation and compliance. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Missouri State University, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Data Science at Metropolitan Community College.

Founded in 1984, Habitat for Humanity of Omaha is a grassroots organization that builds and renovates houses, forges community partnerships and breaks down barriers. We help to grow and maintain the quality, affordable housing stock in Burt County, Omaha, Sarpy County, Washington County and Waterloo while increasing access to homeownership opportunities throughout the area. Habitat Omaha homebuyers complete up to 275 hours of sweat equity before purchasing their homes through a 30-year affordable mortgage. We mobilize thousands of donors and volunteers every year in this mission.
