Karen Coviello is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and community development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President People & Impact at Habitat for Humanity Canada and President of the Board of Directors for YW Kitchener-Waterloo, Karen has previously held significant roles including CEO of Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region and The TALENT Business Solutions, where innovative solutions for organizational challenges were developed. With a strong foundation in public service, Karen's commitment to literacy and community well-being originated at the Saskatoon Public Library. Educational achievements include a B.Sc. in Kinesiology, a B.Ed., an M.A. in Leadership, and advanced training in conflict management and nonprofit performance.
