Kayla Chauhan

Kayla Chauhan is currently a Distribution Analyst at CI Financial since May 2024 and serves as the Vice President of Fundraising for Habitat for Humanity Canada, focusing on community-building and affordable homeownership initiatives. As the Director of DEI Finance for Alpha Phi International Fraternity's Theta Eta Chapter, Kayla is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within a vibrant sisterhood. Previous experience includes roles as a Campus Ambassador and Transfer Agent Processing Student at Fidelity Canada, as well as mentorship with The Pre-Business Students' Network at Western University. Kayla has held positions such as Office Administrator at Shah Financial Planning Inc. and Marketing Assistant at Up and Co. Boutique, alongside early career experience as an Assistant Teacher at Spirit of Math Schools Inc. and engagement with Aim For Seva's Youth Committee. Kayla is pursuing an Honours Business Administration degree at Ivey Business School after completing a Bachelor of Management & Organizational Studies at Western University.
