Tammy Pearce

Tammy Pearce is an experienced structural engineer and business development associate with a strong background in leadership and diversity initiatives. Currently, Tammy serves as the Executive Board Director at CREW Chicago and holds the position of Structural Engineer / Business Development Associate at GRAEF, where Tammy chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. Tammy is also an Executive Board Member of ACE Mentor Chicago and the President of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Chicago. Formerly, Tammy worked as an engineer at Weidlinger Associates, contributing to projects such as the design of steel and concrete structures for the United States Courthouse in Buffalo, New York. Education includes a BA and MEng in Structural Engineering from Cornell University.
