Thomas Fleischman

Thomas Fleischman has a solid foundation in engineering and research, holding both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Tech. With extensive experience in the tire industry, Thomas served as a Research Engineer at Bridgestone/Firestone Americas from August 1978 to April 1993, followed by a tenure as a Senior R&D Associate at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. until April 2018. Currently, Thomas is dedicated to volunteering at Habitat for Humanity East Central Ohio, where involvement in the Fred F. Silk Workshop includes the introduction of CNC routing to enhance woodworking capabilities in support of affordable housing initiatives.
