Karla Young possesses extensive experience in various leadership and operational roles within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as The Steady Guardian at SQN Investors and a Board Member at Adolescent Counseling Services, Karla has also dedicated time as a regular volunteer with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. Previous professional positions include Chief of Staff at a UHNW Private Family Office and a series of roles at SQN Investors, Acrew Capital, Wing Venture Capital, Accel Partners, and HR Manager positions at Virtugo Software and MetiLinx Inc. Karla holds a BSBA in International Business from Notre Dame de Namur University.
