Dean Milner

Dean Milner is an experienced retail and operations professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior ReStore Manager at Habitat for Humanity Greater Vancouver since September 2021, Dean has previously held positions such as Operations Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc. and District Manager and Buyer at Eco Outdoor Sports. Notable earlier roles also include Merchandise Manager at Gap Inc./Old Navy and Store Manager at Starbucks. Dean’s career began at the North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission as a Recreation Manager, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Facilities Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
