Chief Financial Officer at Habitat for Humanity Indonesia

Christian Khorigin has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Christian began their career as a Financial Accounting Teacher at Universitas Klabat in 1986. Christian then worked as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting from 1988 to 1993, where they computerized financial accounting systems and developed procedures for various companies. Christian later became the Corporate Planning Manager at PT Ongko Multicorpora from 1993 to 1995. From 1995 to 1999, they served as the Financial Controller at PT ABB Installation Materials, overseeing financial operations and improving internal controls.

In 1999, Christian joined PT General Motors Indonesia as the Assistant Finance Director, before transitioning to the role of Finance Manager at PT Chevron Oil Products Indonesia in 2000. Here, they managed financial operations and played a key role in financial planning and reporting. Christian then became the General Manager at PT ABB Installation Materials from 2008 to 2010, where they oversaw various functions such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, and HR.

From 2010 to 2012, Christian served as the Financial Controller and Corporate Secretary at PT Rig Tenders Indonesia Tbk. Christian subsequently joined PT Endress+Hauser Indonesia in 2012 as the Finance Controller. In this role, they successfully launched the newly established company into full operations, managed financial reporting and budgeting, and presented the annual budget at the company's headquarters in Switzerland. Christian also handled tax reporting, managed relationships with bankers, and implemented SAP on the FI module. Christian additionally took on additional responsibilities such as managing logistics, HR, corporate secretarial functions, and advising the management team on financial operations.

Most recently, Christian has been the Chief Financial Officer at Habitat for Humanity Indonesia since 2019.

Christian Khorigin began their education journey in 1982 at Universitas Klabat, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Christian dedicated three years to this program, completing it in 1985. Following this, Christian expanded their knowledge by enrolling at Kansas State University in 1986, studying Business Administration. Christian obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from this institution in 1987.
