Deby Rotua Purba currently serves as the Corporate Relations Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Deby worked as a Corporate Partnership Associate at SOS Children's Villages Indonesia from May 2022 to November 2023, focusing on partner engagement, database management, and project coordination with corporate partners. Earlier roles include a New Ventures Intern at PT Pertamina (Persero) and positions in growth marketing and consumer funding at Hasel and PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, respectively. Deby began a career as a Liaison Officer at Campaign.com, facilitating community engagement campaigns. Deby holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Universitas Pertamina, completed in March 2022.

Headquartered in Jakarta, Habitat Indonesia began operating in Indonesia in 1997 and by these achievements, for 25 years Habitat for Humanity Indonesia take part in contributing to community development and construction development in Indonesia by serving more than 182,500 families. Aside from housing, Habitat Indonesia also participates in providing clean water and better sanitation system, as well as renovating and building schools. Families and individuals in need of a hand up partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Through financial support, volunteering or adding a voice to support affordable housing, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves.
