Darrell Simien

Darrell Simien has a diverse and extensive work experience in real estate development and community housing. Darrell started their career in 1997 as a Community Development Analyst at The Long Beach Housing Development Co., where they supervised the administration staff and managed program funding sources. Darrell later became a Project Manager, leading and coordinating complex real estate development projects.

In 2005, Simien joined Hughes Development as the Director of Development. In this role, they led all development projects from conception to completion, ensuring the performance of project managers and outside consultants.
