Helen Tol has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Helen recently held the position of Vice President, Resource Development at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles since July 2020, where they oversee corporate development, cause marketing, and gift in kind donations. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Development at the same organization, responsible for major corporate gifts through sponsorship, special events, and grants. Helen also has experience as an Associate Director of Development and Development Manager at Habitat for Humanity.

Before joining Habitat for Humanity, Helen worked as a Resource Development Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and held various roles at the University of Southern California, including Project Specialist and Events Coordinator. Helen also worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at KB Home and as a Marketing Assistant at Starlite Cuisine.

Helen's career began as an Assistant to the Dean at California State University, Long Beach. Overall, they have a strong background in resource development, corporate partnerships, and event coordination.

Helen Tol obtained their Master of Arts (M.A) degree in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing at California State University, Long Beach from 2002 to 2005.
