Eric Bernhardt

Eric Bernhardt is an experienced professional in asset management and construction administration, currently serving as the Physical Asset Manager at Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake since March 2017. In this role, Eric oversees the organization's vehicle fleet, manages an extensive inventory of properties, and maintains construction tools and equipment. Prior to this, Eric held various positions within the same organization, including Warranty Manager and Safety & Training Manager, where responsibilities ranged from managing warranty issues to developing safety programs. With a total of over 15 years in the Habitat for Humanity network, Eric also has a background in construction administration from Arundel Habitat for Humanity and hands-on experience as a Lead Carpenter. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
