Habitat for Humanity of Wake County

Qualified homebuyers partner with Habitat Wake to buy safe, affordable homes. Homebuyers take homeowner education classes and complete 200 'sweat equity' hours building their home and the homes of their neighbors. Upon completion of construction, partner families pay an affordable mortgage. Our model is made possible by sponsors, individual donors, volunteers, and ReStore shoppers. Proceeds from our ten ReStore locations (Apex, Brier Creek, Cary, Clayton, Durham-Chapel Hill, Fuquay Varina, Glenwood Avenue, Hillsborough, Raleigh Boulevard in Raleigh, and Wake Forest) benefit Habitat Wake's mission. ReStores salvage used materials for repurpose and reuse. #TogetherWeBuild
