Kathy White

Kathy White has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kathy started their career in 2005 as a Family Services Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, Kathy joined Eagles Youth Partnership as an Administrative Coordinator before returning to Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia in 2010. At Habitat for Humanity, Kathy held various roles including Director of Operations until July 2019, and currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources. Kathy is known for their expertise in human resources, implementing processes and procedures while actively supporting the staff working with families in Philadelphia.

Kathy White attended Eastern University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. In terms of additional certifications, Kathy obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2017. Kathy also obtained two more certifications from SHRM: the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in May 2022 and the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) in August 2022.
