Calli Speakman currently serves as the Director of US Strategy & Engagement at Habitat for Humanity International, having joined the organization in August 2011. In this role, Calli leads strategy development and execution for key US priorities, focusing on innovative financial models. Previous positions at Habitat include Collaborative Operating Model Strategy & Engagement Manager and Sr. Specialist- Engagement, where responsibilities involved stakeholder engagement for strategic initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as a Technology Specialist and Youth and Young Professional Engagement Specialist. Calli began the professional journey as a Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative AmeriCorps VISTA, contributing to the development of the initiative through data analysis and community assessments. Previous work experience includes volunteer coordination with Pensacola Habitat for Humanity and various internships. Calli earned a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies with a minor in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
