Enid Madarcos

Enid Madarcos has extensive experience in operations management, urban policy, and development finance, currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Urban, Land, and Policy at Habitat for Humanity International since July 2019. Enid also engages as a Board Member at SEDPI Development Finance Inc. and has held various technical consultant roles, including Senior Technical Consultant for both Italian Assistance to Agrarian Reform Communities and Social Enterprise Development Partnerships, Inc. Enid's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Social Policy and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master's degree in Development Finance from the University of Reading, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of the Philippines, among other qualifications.
