Ghada Kabesh

Ghada Kabesh serves as the Associate Director for Habitat for Humanity International, focusing on market systems and financial inclusion in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. With extensive experience in sustainable economic growth and enterprise development, Kabesh has held various leadership roles, including Financial Inclusion Manager at the Business Development Institute and Senior Advisor for business development services at USAID. As a founder and lead expert at (W)HOLIST Development, consulting work has spanned over a decade, providing technical assistance on MSME ecosystems, economic empowerment, and financial inclusion. Kabesh also holds board membership at Theqa Microfinance Inc. and has collaborated with Global Affairs Canada and the Aga Khan Development Network on impactful development projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA focused on Business Administration and Social Entrepreneurship from Agora University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Ain Shams University.
