Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Habitat for Humanity International since April 2012, Patrick previously held key positions including Counsel and Senior Director at the organization and served as Litigation and Enforcement Counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from September 2006 to December 2011. Prior experience includes work as Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers and as an Associate Attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Michael began the legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Raymond J. Dearie at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Linguistics and Russian from Georgetown University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School, along with studies at the University of Michigan.
