Rodrigo Vargas Ruiz is an expert in monitoring, evaluation, and learning with over 15 years of experience in various research and academic roles. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning at Habitat for Humanity International, Rodrigo designs and implements strategies for social housing initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean, analyzes best practices, and develops social research processes using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Previous positions include Professor Researcher at Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, where Rodrigo focused on health and sexuality research, and as an Investigator at Fundación Omar Dengo, specializing in the application of information and communication technologies in education.
