Susie Decarlo

Susie DeCarlo currently serves as the Senior Director of Donor Development at Habitat for Humanity International, starting in March 2023. With extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising, Susie previously held the position of Partner and Senior Vice President at Chapman Cubine Allen + Hussey from August 2014 to November 2022, contributing to innovative direct marketing solutions for prominent nonprofit organizations. In addition, Susie worked as a Direct Response Consultant at Mal Warwick Associates and as an Independent Consultant for various companies between 2009 and 2011. Susie was also a Partner and Senior Vice President at Adams Hussey & Associates from January 1992 to February 2008, where significant contributions included founding the San Francisco office. Susie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University in 1993.
