Kevin Dowling

Kevin Dowling has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from Santa Clara University. Kevin is a Major Gifts Officer at Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley, where Kevin manages a portfolio of major donors and assists in securing entitlements for new developments. Previously, Kevin worked as a Development Director at UC Hastings College of the Law and Boys & Girls Clubs of San Leandro. Kevin also served as a Councilmember for the City of Hayward and was an Aide/Supervisor for Alice Lai-Bitker at Alameda County. Additionally, Kevin has participated in various educational programs related to fundraising and charitable giving.
