Mike Costello

Mike Costello serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley since November 2023. Previously, Mike held the position of CFO and VP of Finance at Independent Electric Supply from March to November 2023. An extensive background includes senior roles at Gilbane Building Company, where Mike was SVP of Mergers & Acquisitions and Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, managing a finance team for a $6.2 billion international construction firm. Additional experience includes leadership positions at AECOM, Berkeley Lab, FedEx, Target, and Eastman Kodak Company, showcasing a strong foundation in finance, operations, and international business. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a BA in Psychology from Cal Poly Humboldt.
