Dominik Wiesent

Dominik Wiesent has extensive experience in various roles within the real estate and construction industry. Dominik is currently working as a Mentor in the HKSTP - Incubation and Acceleration Programmes. Prior to this, they held the position of Venture Partner at Undivided Ventures, where they focused on sustainable investment opportunities in the built environment.

From 2018 to 2023, Dominik worked at Hmlet, holding several positions including Chief Innovation Officer, Managing Director, and Director of Investment. During their time at Hmlet, they played a key role in driving innovation and overseeing investments.

Dominik also served as a Committee Member at the Hong Kong PropTech Association from 2022 to 2022.

Before joining Hmlet, Dominik worked as the Director of Real Estate and Renovation at we r urban, which was later acquired by Hmlet.

Earlier in their career, Dominik worked at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority as a Senior Technical Consultant, and at Rofra Bau AG as the Head of Renovations and Project Manager. Dominik also worked at Losinger Marazzi SA as a Construction Manager.

Overall, Dominik Wiesent has a strong background in real estate, construction, and sustainable investments, and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Dominik Wiesent completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Construction Management from the University of Applied Science Konstanz - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung. Dominik attended this institution from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Construction Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, during the period of 2008 to 2009.
