Donald Frederick

Donald Frederick, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Habyt since June 2024 and is the owner of Flourishing Technologies, a consulting LLC focused on enhancing human flourishing. Since January 2020, Donald has been an Associate at the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University, managing topics related to human flourishing and technology. Previous roles include Director of Engineering and Software Engineer II at Common, Co-Founder of Stembionix and Vertua, and Research Director at the Universal Enlightenment Forum. Donald also held the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science at Harvard. Donald holds a PhD in Psychology and multiple degrees from the University of Chicago, including an MS in Computer Science and an MA in Divinity, along with a BA in History and Comparative Religion from Miami University.
