Patricia Mota

Patricia Mota, MPA, currently serves as Chief at a firm since January 2023 and is a Co-Founder of SHENIX Fintech, where efforts focus on developing financial tools aimed at closing the wealth gap through culturally relevant education and resources for underserved populations, beginning with Latinas. As President & CEO of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement since August 2010, Patricia has driven strategic initiatives, community programming, and strengthened partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to support recruitment goals. Experience also includes roles in leadership development, higher education outreach that resulted in significant enrollment increases, and a commitment to community engagement through various initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Public Management and multiple certificates in global social enterprise and nonprofit governance.
