Guohua Ning

Guohua Ning has a background in Electrical Engineering and has held various positions in reputable companies such as Hach, GE, and Philips. With a Master's Degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and a Bachelor's Degree from Jilin University, Guohua has extensive experience in managing engineering teams, resource planning, budget management, talent development, and regulatory certifications. At Philips, Guohua was involved in FPGA programming, ECG front end design, USB interfaced thermal printer module design, and more. Currently serving as an R&D Director at Hach, Guohua continues to excel in functional leadership and employee development.
