Melissa Voronin serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for North America and Global Commercial Excellence at Hach, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Melissa was with Danaher Corporation, where roles included President of Aquatic Informatics and Digital Solutions Water Quality Platform, overseeing software solutions and digital marketing aimed at growth and profitability. With extensive experience at Hach, Melissa led large-scale service organizations and strategic planning, achieving significant business growth and establishing innovative digital services. Earlier in her career, Melissa held various positions across Ingersoll-Rand Company and Matco Tools, focusing on product marketing, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing, demonstrating a strong record of driving operational efficiencies and revenue growth. Melissa holds an MBA in Marketing from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
