Briony Willis serves as the Head of Data & Insights at Hachette Learning, where Briony champions data analytics within Hodder Education by implementing a comprehensive Data Strategy aimed at enhancing data maturity and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making. Previous roles include Marketing Data, Insights & Growth Manager and Senior Subscriptions Marketing Executive, leading initiatives that empower global teams to leverage data for decision-making and customer insights. Briony has also contributed as a Subscriptions & Digital Executive for The London Magazine and as a Data Capture Project Co-Ordinator at Ipsos, focusing on qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Briony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with Philosophy from the University of Liverpool.
