Kim Kidd has a substantial background in recruitment and diversity and inclusion management. With experience at Hachette UK, British Council, Cambridge University Press, and Career Moves Group, Kim has developed strategic action plans, delivered pay gap reports, and workshops to promote representation across all demographics. Currently focusing on developing a disability inclusion strategy, Kim aims to achieve tangible change within the book publishing landscape. At the British Council, Kim worked as a Resourcing Consultant, recruiting exceptional talent for the English and Exams strategic global business unit. With a strong educational background from Notre Dame Convent High School in Southwark, Kim is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment in the publishing industry.
