Lisa Waterman

Lisa Waterman has extensive experience in human resources, with roles at Hachette UK, Global, and Chrysalis Group plc. Lisa has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Music & Sound Engineering from City, University of London. Lisa has been involved in major change management programs, organisational restructuring, and talent acquisition initiatives. Lisa took a sabbatical to travel the world for a year, learning about different cultures and gaining new skills. Lisa is currently the Group HR Director at Hachette UK, where Lisa works on implementing people strategies to support the company's strategic objectives.
