Jamie Beck currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Hack The Box since October 2023. Previously, Jamie held the role of Director of Customer Success at ThreatConnect from February 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included spearheading customer success initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product features, and managing a dedicated book of business to optimize client satisfaction in the cybersecurity sector. Prior experience also includes positions as Manager and Customer Success Manager at ThreatConnect, along with an Information Security Analyst role at the Federal Reserve System, and a Supervisor position at Virginia State Parks. Jamie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Richmond and an Associate’s Degree from John Tyler Community College.
